On 10 April 2017, during the session of the Crotone City Council was unanimously voted the official ratification and immediate application of the international twinning between Crotone and Samos.
This important step concludes the bureaucratic process, along with the practices already being performed on the Greek Island, native homeland of Pythagoras. Now only it awaits the confirmation and registration in the ministry offices of the Italian Republic and at the European Union.
The 20, 21 and 22 May a delegation of Samos, composed of the mayor and other important personalities, will be in Crotone for the ceremony and the signing of the protocol.
The New Pythagorean School expressed deep joy for the happy event, aware that this historic initiative will bring considerable cultural, philosophical and socioeconomic benefits not only to the two territories but to the entire planet.
